This photo calendar template prints a clean, branded page with two parts: a large empty photo box across the top and a real dated month grid below it. The tool draws no clip-art or stock images — the box is left blank with a faint "add your photo here" cue and corner crop marks, so you mount, glue, or print your own photograph into the space. The result is a custom calendar month that looks exactly the way you want.

Real dates for any month and year

Pick a month and type a year, and the grid is numbered with the correct dates for that month — the first day lands in the right weekday column and the number of week rows adjusts automatically. Change the year and a leap-year February or a month that starts on a weekend is handled for you. Prefer a reusable template? Choose Undated and the grid prints empty so you can write the day numbers in by hand and use the same sheet any year.

Monday or Sunday week start

Set the week to begin on Monday (common in the UK, Europe, and ISO calendars) or Sunday (common in the US). The seven weekday header cells and the date layout reorder so the columns always read correctly for your region.

Adjustable photo box and caption

Choose a smaller, medium, or larger photo box depending on how much room you want for the picture versus the grid. Add an optional caption line under the photo — a month name in your own words, an event, a child's name, or a short note — and it prints centred beneath the frame. Everything is sized to fill the page on A4 or US Letter.
