What this tool does

A plotted chart rather than a list. The y axis is computed from your start and goal, with a dashed goal line across it.

A graph, not a table

Almost every tracker is a column of figures, and a column of figures hides the one thing worth seeing: whether the line is going the right way. Plotting it makes a plateau and a trend visible at a glance, and both of those are invisible in a list.

The axis is scaled to you

A fixed axis running from zero wastes four fifths of the paper for somebody moving from 92 to 85 — and that is precisely the reader looking at the chart most often. The axis here is computed from your own start and goal with a round interval, so the change you are actually making fills the page.

The goal line

Drawn across the chart as a dashed rule with the figure on it. A target you can see from the other side of the kitchen does more than one written at the top of a page.

It works for more than weight

Centimetres for a measurement, pounds or stone, or no unit at all for anything you count weekly. The chart does not care what the number is.

FAQs

Quick answers

Is the weight tracker & progress chart free?

Yes — set it up, download the PDF and print as many as you need. No account and no sign-up.

A4 or US Letter?

Both. Choose the paper size before downloading and the sheet is laid out to fit it.

Can I put my own business name on it?

Yes. The heading and the fields at the top are editable, and the PDF carries only a faint PrintablesWorld mark.

Can I print several copies at once?

Yes — where the sheet supports it, set the page count before you download rather than printing the same PDF repeatedly.
