What this tool does

Keep every subscription on one printable sheet. Rows = services, columns = renewal date, billing cycle, cost and the date to cancel by. A monthly-total box at the foot leaves space to add up what you spend each month.

See every subscription on one printable page

The subscription tracker is a one-page printable for anyone who has lost count of how many streaming, software and membership subscriptions sit on their card. Rows are the services you pay for, columns hold the renewal date, the billing cycle (monthly, annual, quarterly), the cost and the date to cancel by. A monthly-total box at the foot gives you room to add up the damage.

Print it, pin it inside a household folder or on the fridge, and review it the moment a free trial is about to convert.

Supports GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€), and prints in A4 or US Letter.

Why use a printable subscription tracker?

Subscriptions are designed to be forgotten. A printed tracker forces them into the open. Use it for:

  • catching free trials before they auto-renew at full price
  • spotting duplicate services you no longer use
  • seeing the true monthly cost of "just a few quid a month" habits
  • noting the cancel-by date so you are not locked into another year
  • keeping a shared overview a partner can glance at without an app
  • feeding numbers into a household budget review

Writing each renewal date by hand makes the rolling cost feel real in a way an app rarely does.

What you can customise

  • Page title: default "Subscription Tracker" or rename it for a specific person or account
  • Row count: 10 to 20 rows — fewer rows leave more height per service, more rows catch every last subscription
  • Currency: GBP (£), USD ($) or EUR (€); the symbol prints in the Cost header and the monthly-total box
  • Columns: Service, Renewal date, Billing cycle, Cost, Cancel by
  • Monthly-total box: a labelled box at the foot to tot up your monthly spend
  • Paper size: A4 or US Letter PDF

Notes and limitations

  • This is a printable worksheet, not a fillable PDF. You hand-write the subscriptions, which keeps it universal and stores no sensitive data anywhere.
  • For annual subscriptions, divide the cost by twelve if you want a true monthly figure in the total box, or list the full annual cost and note the cycle.
  • The Cancel by column is for the last date you can cancel before the next charge — usually a day or two before the renewal date.
  • Print at 100% scale so the columns line up cleanly.

How the columns work

Service

The name of the subscription — streaming, music, software, gym, news, gaming, cloud storage.

Renewal date

The day the next payment is taken. For annual plans, write the full date.

Billing cycle

Monthly, annual, quarterly or whatever applies. This tells you how often the cost repeats.

Cost

The amount charged each cycle. Use the monthly-total box to add up everything that bills monthly.

Cancel by

The last safe date to cancel before being charged again — the column that saves you money.

FAQs

Quick answers

How many subscriptions fit on one page?

Choose between 10 and 20 rows. Fewer rows leave more height per service for handwritten notes.

What is the Cancel by column for?

It is the last safe date to cancel before the next charge — usually a day or two before the renewal date — so you are not locked into another cycle.

Is there a monthly total?

Yes. A labelled monthly-total box at the foot of the sheet leaves space to add up everything that bills each month.

Which currencies are supported?

GBP (£), USD ($), and EUR (€). The chosen symbol appears in the Cost column header and the monthly-total box.
