What this tool does
Keep your whole wedding on one printable page. A budget summary strip shows total budget, spent and remaining; a guest-count box tracks invited and confirmed; a vendor table logs each supplier with contact, cost and a paid tick box; and a task checklist with tick boxes keeps the to-do list moving. Plan the whole wedding on one printable page
The wedding planner is a one-page printable that gathers the four things every couple keeps losing track of: the budget, the guest count, the vendors and the task list. A summary strip at the top holds total budget, spent and remaining. A guest-count box tracks invited and confirmed numbers. A vendor table logs each supplier with their contact, agreed cost and a tick box for paid. A checklist with tick boxes runs down the rest of the page for everything still to do.
Print it, pin it inside a wedding folder or on the fridge, and update it with a pen as deposits clear and tasks get ticked off.
Supports GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€), and prints in A4 or US Letter.
Why a printable wedding planner helps
Wedding spreadsheets and apps are powerful, but they hide the numbers behind tabs and logins. A single printed page puts the budget, guests, vendors and tasks where you and your partner can both see them at a glance. Use it for:
- seeing the remaining budget before you book the next supplier
- keeping every vendor's contact and deposit status in one place
- tracking invited versus confirmed guests as RSVPs land
- a shared to-do list a partner can pick up without asking what is left
- a tidy paper record to bring to venue and vendor meetings
Ticking a task off by hand is also a small, satisfying way to feel the day taking shape.
What you can customise
- Page title: default "Wedding Planner" or rename for a date or theme
- Wedding date: prints in the top-right corner of the page
- Currency: GBP (£), USD ($) or EUR (€); the symbol prints in the budget and cost headers
- Vendor rows: 6 to 16 rows for caterers, florists, photographers and more
- Checklist tasks: 8 to 20 ruled rows with tick boxes
- Optional couple and venue band under the heading
- Paper size: A4 or US Letter PDF
How the sections work
Budget summary
Three cells — total budget, spent and remaining. Fill in the figures with a pen and update spent as deposits and final balances clear.
Guest count
A small box for invited and confirmed numbers, so the headline figure is always visible without counting the full guest list.
Vendor table
One row per supplier: vendor name, contact details, agreed cost and a tick box for paid. Ideal for venue, catering, photography, flowers, cake, music and transport.
Task checklist
Ruled rows with tick boxes for everything else — send invitations, order rings, book hair and make-up, confirm the seating plan.
Who the wedding planner is for
Couples planning themselves
Keep budget, guests, vendors and tasks on one shared sheet so neither of you has to ask where things stand.
Wedding parties and helpers
Hand a copy to a maid of honour or best man so they can pick up tasks without a briefing.
Small and budget weddings
A single page is often all an intimate wedding needs — no spreadsheet required.

FAQs
Quick answers
What goes in each part of the page?
A budget summary (total, spent, remaining), a guest-count box (invited and confirmed), a vendor table (vendor, contact, cost, paid tick box) and a task checklist with tick boxes.
How many vendors and tasks can I list?
Choose 6 to 16 vendor rows and 8 to 20 checklist tasks. The page adjusts so everything fits on a single sheet.
Which currencies are supported?
GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€). The chosen symbol appears in the budget summary and vendor cost headers.
Is it a fillable PDF or a print-and-write template?
It is a print-and-write template. You fill it in by hand, so none of your wedding details are stored anywhere. Print at 100% scale so the tick boxes stay square.
