What this tool does

Make your own blank sticker and label sheets for the classroom or home. Type a list of reward phrases — Great Job!, Well Done!, Super Work! — and the tool flows one onto each sticker, or repeat a single design across the whole sheet. Pick round reward stickers, rectangular labels or name-tag sizes, choose 24, 20, 12, 10 or 6 stickers per sheet, or build a custom grid in either shape. Toggle outlines, cut guides and a bold first line, then download a branded A4 or US Letter PDF. Leave the text empty to print plain blank stickers you fill in by hand.

Printable blank sticker and label sheets

This free sticker maker turns a short list of words into a full sheet of reward stickers, praise labels, name tags or blank stickers, laid out on a tidy grid you can print at home or in the classroom. Type one phrase per sticker — leaving a blank line between them — and each phrase flows into its own cell, so you can run off a whole sheet of "Great Job!", "Well Done!" and "Super Star!" stickers in seconds. Turn on repeat instead and a single design prints on every sticker, perfect for a uniform set of name tags or shop labels.

Everything is built from your live preview and downloads as a clean PDF. Because it is just text on a grid, you are not tied to any one brand of sticker paper — pick the layout whose sticker count matches the sheet in your printer, or peel the printed grid apart along the cut guides.

Reward sticker and label layouts

  • 20 reward stickers — a 4 by 5 grid of rectangular praise stickers, the default for classroom rewards.
  • 24 round stickers — small circular stickers in a 4 by 6 grid for stars, dots and reward charts.
  • 12 round stickers — larger circular stickers in a 3 by 4 grid for badges and brag tags.
  • 10 labels — roomy rectangular labels, 2 columns by 5 rows, for jars, books and folders.
  • 6 name tags — large rectangular cells for "Hello, my name is" badges and desk tags.
  • Custom grid — set your own columns, rows and round or rectangular shape when no preset fits.

How to use the sticker sheet generator

  1. Pick a sticker layout, or choose Custom grid and set the columns, rows and shape.
  2. Type your sticker text. For a set of different rewards, leave a blank line between each phrase and keep repeat off; to print the same sticker everywhere, turn repeat on.
  3. Adjust the font size, and toggle the bold first line, outlines and cut guides to taste.
  4. Check the live preview, then download or print the PDF on A4 or US Letter.

Reward ideas for teachers and parents

Sticker rewards are a quick, low-cost way to recognise effort and good behaviour. Print praise stickers such as "Super Work!", "You Did It!", "Reading Star", "Kind Helper" or "Maths Whizz" and pop one on a worksheet, a reading log or a child's jumper. Use the round layouts for tokens on a reward chart, the rectangular layout for longer messages, and the name-tag size for classroom helpers, group jobs or a first-day welcome. Leave the text empty to print plain stickers the children can decorate and label themselves.

Stickers for home, school and small business

Beyond rewards, the same grid prints address-style labels for jars and lunch boxes, price tags for a craft fair, gift labels, planner stickers and blank dots for colour coding. Everything is generated in your browser, so nothing you type ever leaves your device, and you can reprint the sheet as many times as you like.

FAQs

Quick answers

Can I print a different phrase on each sticker?

Yes. Keep the repeat option off and separate each phrase with a blank line in the text box. The tool flows one phrase into each sticker cell, so a whole sheet of varied rewards prints in a single pass.

Can I make plain blank stickers?

Yes. Clear the text box and keep the sticker outlines on. You will get an empty grid of round or rectangular stickers that children can decorate or that you can write on by hand.

Do the stickers match real sticker paper?

The layouts follow common sticker and label sheet counts — 24, 20, 12, 10 and 6 per sheet — and a custom grid lets you match other sheets. Hide the outlines for peel-and-stick paper, or keep the cut guides on to trim plain paper by hand.

Does it work on A4 and US Letter?

Yes. Pick A4, US Letter or US Legal before you download, and the grid is laid out to fill the printable area of the page you choose.
