One printable planner for Thanksgiving, Easter and Halloween

The holiday planner pack is a single-page printable that pulls a whole holiday together on one sheet. Pick the holiday at the top and the page rewords itself: at Thanksgiving you get a guest and dish tracker, a grocery list and a Thanksgiving to-do; at Easter a guest and treat tracker, a shopping list and an Easter to-do; at Halloween a costume and candy tracker, a shopping list and a Halloween to-do. The tracker is a tidy table — for each person you note who they are, what they are bringing or the idea you have settled on, a budget, and a tick box once it is done. A list and a to-do checklist sit alongside.

Print it a couple of weeks ahead, stick it inside a kitchen folder or on the fridge, and tick things off as the date approaches.

Supports GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€) in the budget column, and prints cleanly in A4 or US Letter.

Why use a printable holiday planner?

Holidays are where good intentions quietly unravel. A printed planner keeps the whole operation visible without opening an app. Use it for:

  • tracking spending so the holiday overspend does not creep up on you
  • making sure every guest, costume or treat is accounted for
  • seeing at a glance what is still to buy or prepare
  • keeping the shopping and grocery list in one place
  • breaking the holiday workload into a checklist you can actually clear
  • sharing the plan with the household so the load is split

Ticking off a bought item or a finished job by hand gives a small, satisfying sense of progress that a phone reminder never quite manages.

What you can customise

  • Holiday: Thanksgiving, Easter or Halloween — the section wording changes to match
  • Page title: leave blank for the holiday default, or rename it for your household
  • Tracker rows: 8 to 16 — one row per guest, costume or gift
  • List rows: 6 to 12 ruled lines with a bought tick box
  • To-do rows: 6 to 12 holiday jobs with a done tick box
  • Currency: GBP (£), USD ($) or EUR (€) in the budget column header
  • Name & date line in the header, on or off
  • Paper size: A4 or US Letter PDF

How the sections work

Guest & budget tracker

One row per person, costume or gift. Write who it is for, what they are bringing or the idea you have, the budget you are setting, and tick the box once it is sorted. Keeping the budget visible stops the totals quietly climbing.

Shopping / grocery list

A ruled list with a tick box for each item. Tick once it is in the basket — no more wondering whether you remembered the cranberry sauce, the chocolate eggs or the trick-or-treat candy.

Holiday to-do

A checklist for everything that is not on the shopping list: order the turkey, dye the eggs, carve the pumpkin, plan the menu, decorate the house. Tick as you clear each one.

Notes and limitations

  • This is a printable worksheet, not a fillable PDF. You hand-write the entries, which keeps it universal and stores no personal data anywhere.
  • The middle column is generous; keep notes short, like "bringing pie" or "vampire costume".
  • If you are hosting more than sixteen people, print a second copy.
  • Print at 100% scale so the tick boxes stay square.

How to use the tool

  1. Choose Thanksgiving, Easter or Halloween.
  2. Enter a title or leave it blank for the holiday default.
  3. Choose the number of tracker, list and to-do rows you need.
  4. Pick your currency for the budget column.
  5. Choose A4 or US Letter, preview the page and download the PDF.
  6. Print at 100% scale and fill it in with a pen.

FAQs

Quick answers

Which holidays does this planner cover?

Thanksgiving, Easter and Halloween. Pick one at the top and the section labels reword themselves to match — a guest and dish tracker for Thanksgiving, a treat tracker for Easter, a costume and candy tracker for Halloween.

How many people can I track?

Choose between 8 and 16 tracker rows. If you are hosting for more, simply print a second copy.

Does the tracker total my spending?

No — it is a printable worksheet, so you add up the budget column with a pen. Keeping the figures visible helps you stay on budget.

Which currencies are supported?

GBP (£), USD ($) and EUR (€). The chosen symbol appears in the budget column header.
