A reusable, undated month calendar
This generator prints a clean blank monthly calendar grid with no dates filled in. Because it is undated, one printout works for any month of any year: simply write the month and year on the title line, number the day boxes yourself, and start planning. It is ideal for habit trackers, lesson planning, meal plans, shift rotas, and family schedules where you want full control over the layout rather than a fixed printed month.
The grid fills the whole page edge to edge, giving you generous boxes to write in. Every sheet is branded and ready to print on A4 or US Letter.
5 or 6 week rows
Most months span five week rows, but a month can occupy six rows when the first day falls late in the week. Choose 6 weeks when you want a single grid that fits every possible month, or 5 weeks for slightly taller boxes that suit shorter months and most layouts. The day boxes resize automatically so the grid always fills the page.
Monday or Sunday week start
Different regions and planners begin the week on different days. Pick a Monday start (common across the UK, Europe, and ISO calendars) or a Sunday start (common in the US). The seven weekday header cells relabel automatically so the columns always read in the right order.
How to use it
- Choose 5 or 6 week rows to match the month you are planning.
- Set the week to start on Monday or Sunday.
- Type a month and year on the title line, or leave it blank to write by hand.
- Preview the live PDF, then download or print on A4 or US Letter.
Ideas for a blank calendar
Use the grid as a 30-day habit or reading tracker, a content or social posting plan, a chore or homework rota, a meal planner, or a countdown to an event. Because nothing is pre-printed, you can repurpose the same template every month, and pupils can practise numbering the days themselves as a calendar-skills exercise.
FAQs
Quick answers
Does the calendar show a specific month?
No. It is intentionally undated and blank, so the same sheet works for any month and any year. You write the month, the year, and the date numbers in yourself.
Should I choose 5 or 6 weeks?
Pick 6 weeks if you want a grid that fits every possible month, since some months span six week rows. Choose 5 weeks for slightly larger boxes that suit most months.
Can the week start on Sunday instead of Monday?
Yes. Switch the week start to Sunday or Monday and the seven weekday header cells reorder so the columns read correctly for your region.
What paper size does it print on?
The grid fills the page edge to edge on either A4 or US Letter. Choose your paper size before downloading or printing.
