A party pack you can assemble in one print job
Halloween activities get used for about two hours and then thrown away, which makes buying them hard to justify and makes printing them the obvious answer. The two themed sheets here, the Halloween word search and the pumpkin-shaped maze, are ready as they are. Everything else on this page is a generator that takes your own content, so it becomes Halloween-themed the moment you type a spooky word list into it.
That is deliberately more useful than a fixed pack. A word search built from the names of everyone at the party lands better than one built from a stock list of ghosts and bats.
What works for which age
For under-fives, stick to the visual activities: colouring pages, dot-to-dot and colour-by-number. Reading is not required, nothing can be got wrong, and they occupy the stretch of a party where the older children are still playing games.
Five to eight is the range where the word search, the pumpkin maze and a picture-based bingo work best. From about eight upwards, the custom crossword, the scavenger hunt and the would-you-rather cards hold attention better, because they involve some competition or discussion rather than a solitary sheet.
The practical bits
The banner generator, invitations, cupcake toppers and place cards cover the decoration and table side, and all print fine on ordinary paper, card stock only really matters for the toppers and anything that has to stand up. Everything is A4 or US Letter, black-and-white-friendly if you are printing thirty copies on a school printer, and none of it needs an account.
For a classroom party, the Build a workbook button above will combine these into a single PDF so you get one print job instead of eight, and you can drop the pages that do not suit your group before printing.
